I’m baking a cake for work, but don’t really want to do everything in the morning. Is it better to put the ingredients together and refrigerate the batter overnight, or better to bake the cake night before and bring it to work the next day?
If I baked it the night before, what’s the best way to store it?
I am baking a carrot cake for a bridal shower this weekend, and it needs to serve 40-50 people. It will be two layers, figure one inch servings.
Would a half sheet cake be sufficient?
